Physical Books
If you receive a physical book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs showing the damage or defect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement where applicable.
Please note that physical books returned due to a change of mind must be in unused, resalable condition. Return shipping costs for such returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Products and E-Books
Due to the nature of digital products, *all sales of e-books, downloadable content, and other digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Exceptions may be made if:
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible.
- You are unable to download the product due to a technical issue on our end.
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical books may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once access or download has been provided.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but are generally completed within 15-25 business days
